Getting Started

How do I import my CGM data?+
Click “Import Glucose” and upload your CSV export from Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, or other CGM devices.
Can I connect my Whoop/Oura/Fitbit?+
Not yet. Wearable integrations are planned for Q2 2025. You can manually enter data today.
Is there a mobile app?+
Not yet. The web app is mobile‑responsive. Native apps are on the roadmap.

Can I use my own OpenAI key?+
Yes. The Basic BYOK plan ($5.99/month) lets you use your own API key for unlimited AI queries.
How do I cancel?+
Go to Settings > Billing, then click “Cancel Subscription.” You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Privacy & Security

Is my data encrypted?+
Yes. We use AES‑256 for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all transmissions. Sensitive fields use field‑level encryption.
Do you sell my data?+
Never. We make money from subscriptions only.
Are you HIPAA compliant?+
No. HIPAA compliance is not required of most consumer health apps. HIPAA is primarily focused on healthcare providers and their business associates. We are not a healthcare provider and your data is never shared with third parties. Moreover, HIPAA requires 6 years of data retention - we retain data for paying customers until they choose to delete it or until they cancel their subscription.

Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge (latest versions).
