Accounts

• One account per email; keep credentials secure
• Do not share accounts
• Report security issues immediately

Acceptable Use

• Personal health tracking and team performance monitoring ✓

• Selling or sharing accounts ✗
• Scraping, abuse, or privacy violations ✗

Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time purchases.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in Settings > Billing. You retain access until the end of the billing period. Export your data first; we delete immediately upon account cancellation.

Data Ownership

You own your data. You grant PerformanceOS a limited license to process it to provide the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notice.
